About the Role
This position will work with the R&D Product Development department on the Technology Transfer team at our East Windsor, NJ facility. You will be responsible for working with the internal teams to navigate the technology transfer and launch process for multiple products. The role will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

About the Role
This position will work with the R&D Product Development department on the Technology Transfer team at our East Windsor, NJ facility. You will be responsible for working with the internal teams to navigate the technology transfer and launch process for multiple products. The role will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Scale-up of products from R&D to Production.
- Decide batch size and equipment.
- Documentation of batch cards, reports, etc.
- Execute and manufacture batches at shop-floor level.
- Liaison with different departments to ensure smooth technology transfer of products.
- Ensure the product is ready for launch per the goal date.
- Planning of technology transfer batches in concurrence with the production schedule.
- Documentation for filing of products with FDA.
- Troubleshooting of products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, including scale-up of different dosage forms such as solids, liquids, semi-liquids, etc.
- Graduate degree in Pharmaceuticals or Pharmaceutical Sciences. Post-graduate or PharmD in Pharmaceuticals/Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred.
- Previously worked at a pharmaceutical company in R&D product development or technology transfer department is preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- A deep understanding of the documentation required for technology transfers and routine commercial activities is required.
