Albany Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting physical examinations, collecting clinical data, and diagnosing medical conditions. They will also be expected to administer medications, perform minor surgery, and maintain accurate patient medical reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and complete physical examinations
- Collect clinical data, including vital signs and medical laboratory test results
- Diagnose medical conditions and administer medications or treatments
- Maintain accurate patient medical reports and inventory of medical supplies
- Serve as a resource and team leader during clinical shifts
- Master's Degree in an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP - Nurse Practitioner licensure
- ATLS - Advanced Trauma Life Support certification
- BCLS - Basic Life Support certification
- Standing: Constantly
