A well-established and growing practice in Ohio is seeking a pediatrician to join their team. This is a mostly outpatient position, with limited inpatient duties, including C-sections and delivery coverage only when requested by OBs, and newborn rounding. The schedule is Monday through Friday, covering one evening per week, with Saturdays covered by NPs. There is a 1:5 call schedule, one night per week, and every 5th weekend. When on call, there is no need to come in to see patients in the office. The average patient load is 25 per day. Spanish-speaking is a huge plus. You will join four pediatricians, two NPs, and a full-time pediatric hospitalist in an outpatient setting.
