What You Will Do as the Part-Time Office Manager:
  • Organize and Streamline: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing tasks such as filing, generating impactful reports and presentations, and setting up productive meetings.
  • Finance Management: Handle payroll through Paychex, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely property tax payments.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact, screening calls and guiding callers to the right person with efficiency and charm.
  • Financial Oversight: Make daily bank deposits, keeping the company's finances up-to-date and accurate.

What We Are Looking For in the Part-Time Office Manager:
  • Experienced Candidates: Prior experience with Appfolio and Paychex, along with a background in accounting, is required.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is unmatched; you're meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy.
