This is a world class facility where you will have the opportunity to have a career within a global organization. We have an average employee tenure of over 20 years at our Neenah facility.<p>New employees start off with an hourly rate of $25.77 per hour and will be eligible for an increase upon completion of their training.<p>This role will work a rotating shift schedule. Working on Saturday and Sunday will be required on occasion. Working on Saturday is paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate and working on Sunday is paid at 2 times your hourly rate.<p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>Understands the Safe Operation of equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out housekeeping, inspection, lubrication, and perform simple maintenance tasks</li><li>Lead small change-overs</li><li>Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures</li><li>Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine</li><li>Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation</li><li>Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary</li><li>Complete all required documentation and data files during production.</li><li>Meet required hygiene and environmental standards pursuant to customer requirements</li></ul><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><ul><li>Highschool diploma or GED.</li><li>Possess a strong mechanical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot machinery.</li><li>Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li><li>Demonstrates a safety mindset in all things you do.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with small and large teams. </li></ul><p><b>About Our DEI Culture</b><p>Guided by our Beliefs & Behavior, our culture is the foundation that connects our history with our future.
