We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.<br> <br> <b>2nd Shift foreman (Plant superintendent trainee)</b> <br> <br>Working location: Neenah, WI, USA<br> <br> <b>General Description</b> <br> <br>Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for scheduling and overseeing the daily operation of the Plant to meet customer delivery expectations while ensuring safety, product quality, and efficiency of process within the Plant.. <br> <br> <b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS</b> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Manages, directs, and controls activities for all manufacturing personnel.</li> <li>Scheduling of production activities.</li> <li>Maintaining the crosstraining matrix for those employees.</li> <li>Works with all area managers to ensure direct labor employees are properly evaluated.</li> <li>Directs employees to achieve the best product delivery and quality.</li> <li>Responsible for overall quality and cast performance for every roll.</li> <li>Visits any customer site as required by the customer or Sales group.</li> <li>Ensures the SPI and industry standards are met for all rolls.</li> <li>Travels to other Andritz facilities and interfaces with said Plants to facilitate Plant efficiency as necessary.</li> <li>Responsible for reporting issues or concerns to the Plant Manager or his / her deligate.</li> <li>Supports continuos improvement efforts including LEAN, RCFA, RCM, ISO, etc.</li> <li> Supports equipment reliability and Plant maintenance</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or his / her deligate.</li> <li>Develop and execute internal auditing plan</li> </ul> <br> <b>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</b> <br> <ul> <li>Education: Basic: A high school diploma (or equivalent).
