Outpatient PT

Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Eligible for Sign on Bonus Day Shift: 8a-5:30p Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Degree Requirements: Bachelor#s degree required if graduated before 1/1/2016. Doctorate of Physical Therapy required if graduated after 1/1/2016. International Candidates: Must hold a Bachelor#s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred). Licensing: Must hold or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be provided. State licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Certifications: Must be certified in CPR or obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment. Must maintain all certifications and licenses as required. Driving Requirements: Valid driver#s license required if assigned to drive a company vehicle. If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance and a valid driver#s license are required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with lifting up to 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds. Experience: Work experience is preferred but not required beyond clinical experience obtained during your educational training program. Other Requirements: Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for cancer rehabilitation and working as a team in a dedicated cancer rehab space in our Packnett Family Cancer Center. Candidate should have some inpatient or outpatient experience, have or be willing to take certification toward certified lymphedema therapist Therapist will work with 100% cancer patients, spanning all tumor sites, and have the opportunity to have mentoring from a board-certified oncologic physical therapist as well as attend tumor boards, and collaborate with other members of the cancer team in order to best serve the patients.
