Falcon Point is a 58-unit Vacation Ownership property situated next to beautiful Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO. We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Supervisor to support the General Manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the property.
Duties Include :
Front Desk operations involve supporting the General Manager in overseeing operations to ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out, continuously improving guest, owner, and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing guest requests and complaints positively, providing professional follow-up responses, and maintaining effective relationships with all departments to resolve issues. Additional duties involve managing financial tasks, handling mail and packages, ordering and tracking supplies, collaborating with the Owner's Relations and Reservations departments, and being on-call as needed.
Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing the front desk operation and ensuring adherence to resort policies. The role involves leading by example, building morale, maintaining high standards, creating schedules to ensure proper staffing, and adjusting staffing based on business levels.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: Front Desk Supervisor $24.50 -$26.50 per hour, dependent on experience
Schedule: Varies depending on business demand, includes weekends and holidays and on call
Minimum Requirements
Successful candidates will have at least two years of experience in hospitality or customer service in a Front Desk role, with prior leadership experience in hospitality preferred. A four-year college degree is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution, be comfortable managing multifaceted projects alongside daily responsibilities, and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. The ability to interact tactfully and professionally with owners, guests, board members, and the public is essential, along with computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and the RDP Reservations System preferred.
