Operations Mechanic

Pair this with a 15-bedroom lodge, full spa, incredible cuisine, and an unmatched attention to detail, and guests have an experience that we believe sets Three Forks Ranch apart from all other luxury guest destinations.<br><br>Three Forks Ranch is also a working cattle ranch complete with progressive management and excellent cattle handling and hay production facilities.<br><br>Currently, we have openings for an experienced <strong>Heavy Equipment / Automotive Mechanic </strong>to join our team. The mechanic is responsible for maintaining our fleet of guest transportation vehicles, which consists of late model GMC vehicles, Polaris UTV's, Alpine Snow grooming equipment, and John Deere agricultural equipment.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br><br>Perform all tasks in a safe manner following company safety procedures.<br><br>Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light and heavy construction equipment, automotive fleet vehicles, agricultural equipment, and light utility/sport vehicles.<br><br>Perform service, maintenance, repair and overhaul in accordance with manufacturers 'recommendations.<br><br>Perform equipment repairs in response to maintenance requests in a shop environment.<br><br>Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and electronic analysis and diagnostics.<br><br>Maintain tools and shop equipment in a safe and orderly fashion.<br><br>Prepare timely reports for parts usage, work performed, costing and other performance indicators as required by management.<br><br><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong><br><ul><li>Prefer a minimum of five years' experience in equipment maintenance and repair</li><li>High school graduate or equivalent required.</li><li>Two years training at a technical school is highly desirable.</li><li>Valid driver's license required.</li><li>Experience on a broad range of equipment.</li><li>Must be willing and able to lift and move items, parts, assemblies and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum.</li><li>Must be willing and able to perform physical activities including heavy lifting, climbing in and out of equipment, crawling, and exposure to ambient temperatures.</li></ul><br><strong>Position Type</strong><br><br>Full-Time/Regular.
