Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is a critical leader in the success of our business. Youll lead teams of Shine crew leaders and technicians each day working to ensure excellent quality, customer service, safety and timeliness of your teams. Youll also work with customers to engage them in the opportunity for our business, work to set up appointments, and schedule your teams to perform our service at the customers house or business. Youll have the flexibility to perform your role behind a desk and out in the community. Many Shine Business Development Managers across the country choose this role for its career potential.
