As a Financial Services Representative State Farm Agent Team Member with Aaron Seitz - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance and financial services products.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
  • Sound knowledge of financial industry/products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must currently have relevant financial service licenses (series 6 and 63).
  • Life and health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
