Position: Operation Manager

What does an Operation Manager with Paul Davis do?
  • Handle client escalations
  • Oversees office administrative operations
  • Manages TPA's to remain in compliance and onboard the company to new TPA's.
  • Assures all expenses are posted to the correct job in order to properly track job costing.
  • Works with production manager and property owner to coordinate the successful completion of all jobs
  • Ensures all Service level agreements are met and compliance tasks are documented in system
  • Problem solves and helps people find solutions
  • Manage Project Managers, Estimators and Coordinators through job review meetings.
  • Has fun and is part of a growing business
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
  • Train new employees on software utilized to manage jobs.
  • Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
  • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Build relationships and recruit subcontractors
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.

  • Base commission on projects completed. Our current Operation Manager yearly pay range from $50,000 to $75,000 depending on their experience. No limit to earning potential.
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Ability to lead and develop team
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
