The Office Director [OD] is responsible for the growth and profitability of the office / divisions under their direct supervision; this includes direct and indirect supervision to ensure effective operations. operations include office administration, business development & revenue generation, client contact, office/division management, financial oversight, overhead management, etc.<br></LI> <LI>Responsible for achieving short and long-term goals for operations, financial performance, and profitable growth.<br></LI> <LI>Responsible for marketing the firm’s services; this includes developing & evaluating contracts as well as serving as the firm’s responsible <EM>Point-of-Contact</EM> with specific clients.<br></LI> <LI>Act as our <EM>Practice Builder</EM> to provide leadership in planning as well as directing / implementing an aggressive, coordinated marketing/business plan to leverage existing relationships and develop new relationships to get additional work;
