We have an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our growing team! This position will provide support to multiple departments including sales, installation, and accounting, as well as provide other general administrative duties, as needed . Title: Office Administrator

Location: Fenton, MO (Headquarters)

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)


What You Will Do:

  • Support the sales coordinator and installation manager as needed.
  • Maintain sales files. Create, update and scan documents.
  • Create new customer profiles in the company's ERP system.
  • Maintain price books.
  • Research and order equipment.
  • Assist with coordinating installations.
  • Coordinate rental and lease agreements.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Provide backup phone support for call overflow from other departments.
  • Assist accounting department with a variety of clerical tasks.
  • Other general and administrative tasks, as needed.

What you will bring:

  • 1-3 years administrative experience in an office environment
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Computer literate, proficiency with MSOffice Suite
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team Player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
