Haven Group CPAs & Advisors is looking for a smart, compassionate, and hard-working individual with a strong tax background to help our clients, both domestic and international.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting

• Valid EA license

• Minimum of 4 years experience

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products that will be used on a regular basis on the job. Ultra Tax and CCH Access

Preferred Skills:

• Detail-oriented

• Organized

• Has experience in leading and training staff

• Able to think through problems and provide solutions

• Effective Communication (EA will be expected to communicate with co-workers, employees and clients in person, over email and phone)

Responsibilities:

• Be a subject matter tax expert on Federal Returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 , 1120 S)

• Proficiency in State filing requirements

• Accessible to clients serviced in all offices

• Will be expected to travel to clients and other offices as required.

• Manage and train staff
