About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Via Christi. As a key member of our cardiovascular care team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement discharge plans to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required
