About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Via Christi St Francis in Wichita, Kansas. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Assess and document patient condition, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhanced care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement discharge plans, ensuring a smooth transition for patients.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
