About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Trauma Surgical ICU team at Ascension Via Christi St Francis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with the healthcare team.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, providing timely updates to the care team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date required.
