(DRP) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that provides outpatient recovery support services for those with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We treat the whole person through our integrated programs of primary medical and behavioral healthcare.

What we're looking for:
DRP is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner, working under general supervision in an outpatient setting, plays a crucial role in patient care, encompassing diagnosis, treatments, and consultations. Their responsibilities include educating patients on preventive care, administering prescribed treatments, conducting physicals, ordering tests, and serving as the primary healthcare provider within a collaborative treatment team.
Compensation Range: The starting pay range for this position is $90,000 per year and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. This is a salaried-exempt role that is ineligible for overtime compensation.
The Ideal candidate will:
  • Perform physical examinations and determine the need for x-rays and laboratory tests for new and existing patients.
  • Interpret examination findings and test results, implementing and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Gather patient data through interviews, preparing and reviewing comprehensive case histories.
  • Deliver holistic healthcare to entire family units, covering preventive medicine, behavioral sciences, and community health.
  • Collaborate with healthcare practitioners for outpatient and inpatient care, participating in on-site clinical procedures.
  • Assist in medical care treatments directed by specialists, determines the need for consultations.
  • Instruct healthcare providers and non-medical personnel on various health topics, including first-aid measures, basic and advanced cardiac life support, and healthcare maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Active state license and DEA license in good standing
  • At least five (5) years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (Physical Health and/or Psych experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with EMR systems
  • A valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License and insurance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per hour
