Tracking Code Job Description The IT Support Specialist will provide the opportunity to develop in areas such as: hardware support and repair, network troubleshooting, help desk support, and will provide an overall experience in the field of Information Technology.

**Accountabilities:**

* Learn to process and track all help desk request from users

* Learn to provide in-person and remote support on desktops, laptops, Blackberries/iPhones, conference rooms, printers, audio visual equipment and network troubleshooting

* Help troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, phones, and audio visual equipment

* Help setup new machines with standard builds and personalizing machines for users

* Learn hardware repair on all computer peripherals

* Help support A/V in conference rooms

* Unpack, configure, move, lift, and install of all equipment

Required Experience

* 1-2 years of relevant experience required

* Must be able to work Monday thru Friday up to 40 hours per week (flexible)

* Working knowledge with Macs and PCs a plus

* Knowledge in Microsoft Office 2007 and above, Adobe Creative Suite (CS5, CS6, and CC) and other common desktop applications for both Macs and PCs a plus

* Some experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair

* Ability to manage projects, multiple tasks, and work within a team

* Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and take direction well

* Ability to prioritize, schedule and report progress. Must be very organized and detailed

* Must be able to lift & move equipment as necessary (approximately fifty (50) pounds)

* Self-motivated and energetic

* Customer services oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent problem solving abilities

* Thrives in a fast-paced environment

* Detail oriented. Deadline driven

* Flexible, proactive nature, quick responder
