About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland. As a member of our Med Surg Oncology department, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with discharge planning and coordinate patient care transitions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Maryland Board of Nursing within 3 months of hire date.
- Enrollment in or completion of a Nursing program.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing within 6 months of hire.
