Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Graduate Nurse , you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Maryland Board of Nursing and a BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Additionally, you will need to have a diploma from an accredited school of nursing and be enrolled in or completion of a nursing program.
