Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our patients.
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Maryland Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
- Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
