Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at SSM Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments according to established care plans.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory of medications, ensuring timely and safe distribution to residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
