Job Description Senior Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence Reporting to the VP Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence will help to guide the next stage of revenue growth at MicroStrategy. Partnering closely with our sales, marketing, and product organizations, you will act as a subject matter expert on the competitive landscape, market trends, and help to build GTM strategies which highlight our unique differentiation. Your Focus: Maintain deep subject matter expertise on the Business Intelligence and AI competitive landscapes including key competitors’ products, capabilities, pricing, and GTM strategies. Identify key market trends and provide compelling insights that help the organization appropriately prioritize key investments across sales, product, and marketing. Influence the product roadmap by supporting the Product team with competitive insights and participating in strategic discussions. Contribute to analyst relations RFI requests to ensure that MicroStrategy is positioned well against key competitors and that we are seen as a driver of key market trends. Collaborate on competitive messaging playbooks for use by all GTM teams including content development for our website, sales collateral and demand generation programs. Provide ongoing enablement to internal stakeholders regarding key findings through the delivery of both live interactive programs and well documented sales tools including battlecards. Provide research and data driven insights from a variety of data sources including Salesforce and market data. Define and execute competitive win/loss reviews with sales, account teams, prospects and customers to ensure a clear understanding of competitive dynamics. Required Experience and Skills: 7+ years’ experience in competitive analysis and/or product marketing A strong desire to product deep research that culminates in actionable recommendations Strong writing skills, including experience crafting competitive messaging for GTM teams Strong analytical skills and the ability to concisely present results to an executive audience Ability to collaborate with other functions of the business Excellent project management skills and ability to both plan and execute against quarterly goals Additional information MicroStrategy is an Equal Employment and Affirmative Action employer F/M/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.
