Our Client is seeking a Senior Software Administrator - File Transferto install, configure and maintain software tools used for file transfers, in support of enterprise file transfer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Install, configure and maintain software tools used for file transfers, in support of our enterprise file transfer service.
- Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams and external business partners to set up, maintain and troubleshoot file transfer connections.
- Create, maintain and share technical documentation related to supporting our enterprise file transfer service.
Required Skills:
- IBM's Sterling File Gateway software experience is a must requirement.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired via work experience or other training.
- Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems, TCP/IP networks and file transfer protocols. Experience with Sterling File Gateway and BPML a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Three to five years or more of related IT work experience supporting file transfer software and services.
