Business Development Representative, SaaS

The Business Development Representative performs top-of-the-funnel demand generation activities for Synario. The primary duty of the Business Development Representative is to identify and interact with prospects via telephone and digital tools and turn MQLs into SQLs.
What you'll need
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
  • At least one (1) year of demand generation experience
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing techniques
  • Excellent telephone and computer skills
  • Exceptional work ethic, persistence, goal-orientation, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work on and contribute to a team
What you'll do
  • Follow-up on inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Research the financial planning needs of institutions to identify viable sales leads
  • Identify the overlap of prospect needs with Synario platform functionality
  • Determine which marketing tools/collateral are appropriate explain that overlap, contextualize our solution, and otherwise engage prospects in sales conversations
  • Manage the Discover stage of the sales funnel
  • Speak to C-level prospects about our solution(s)
  • Move prospects from MQL to SQL
  • Collaborate with sales team on strategy and tactics
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize engagement strategies
  • Follow up consistently and effectively
  • Update marketing and sales tools (CRM, MA) consistently

The anticipated base salary for this role is $60,000; this position is also eligible for commissions.
