<strong>Project Background:</strong><br><br>Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) represents the capabilities which enable the President to exercise nuclear command and control authorities and the Department of Defense's (DOD's) nuclear forces to act upon the President's direction. The NC3 Enterprise is critical to deterrence and credible nuclear warfighting, but it has not progressed at the pace of technological innovation. The NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) was established to address future strategic environments, monitor and assess current capabilities, define future NC3 architectures and ensure modernized NC3 capabilities align with the nuclear triad.<br><br><strong>Job Details & Tasks:</strong><br><br><ul><li>The contractor shall provide support in conducting market research in areas designated and prioritized by the requesting Government agency and provide a media strategy, to include Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP) for each developed series or approved concept of operation (CONOP), as designated by the Government. </li><li>The contractor shall create targeted messages and materials which may consist of broadcast (e.g., TV, radio, videos, etc.), print, digital, or other advertising techniques. </li><li>The contractor shall present creative concepts for governmental review, comment, refinement, and approval. </li><li>The contractor shall adhere to the following process for product development, unless otherwise directed by the Government: 1) prototype development, 2) refinement, 3) production, 4) dissemination, and 5) data collection. </li></ul><br><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><br><br><strong>At least 5 years of experience:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Writing for media release, have an understanding of media engagement design principles, communication campaign development, website and social media engagement and joint planning.</li><li>Contractor must possess a degree or formal training in communication specialist concepts, techniques to support development of communication planning and strategy, and experience writing within a technical field and/or USSTRATCOM mission specific experience.</li></ul><br><strong>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer</strong><br><br>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
