As a Starbucks Marketing Manager, you will work on the development of marketing campaigns and strategies supporting National Accounts and B2B marketing efforts. You will collaborate with a broad group of cross functional partners and support senior leaders to help develop and execute marketing strategies, uniquely tailored to the numerous business environments in which we operate. Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to: Support marketing strategy and execution for Licensed Store inclusive of in-store, OOS and both Starbucks and licensee loyalty programs. Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies for key initiatives, like the launch of Mobile Order and Pay. Proactively identify new opportunities to drive engagement throughout the year. Support B2B marketing strategies to support expansion of key programs, platforms, and new store growth. Work with a broad group of cross-functional partners to support the execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans, cross-channel communication strategies, generate new ideas, manage projects, and resolve issues. We’d love to hear from people with: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C. Five or more years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or product management with a deep understanding of marketing trends, innovations, tools, and technologies. Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously to independently drive projects/initiatives. Project management skills: organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with a diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership (internal and external). Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer group. Ability to navigate and influence laterally and cross functionally. Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspective on existing solutions.
