We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our 1st Shift production operations. If you are passionate about food production, ensuring quality, and leading a team, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging operations to meet production targets and quality standards.Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and maintain a positive work environment.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of packaging materials.Collaborate with quality control to maintain product integrity and address any issues promptly.Implement and enforce production procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Perform regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure they are in optimal condition.Fill in, as needed, on the line to assist the team.Requirements:Proven experience leading teams as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Must be able to work Saturday.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., HACCP) and education is a plus.Position requires Saturday Shift with $100/week additional pay.Benefits include: Health insurance (participatory)Dental insurancePaid time off Salary Range: $75000 - $80000 / year
