• Demonstrating knowledge of how to cook different cuisines; measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepping food and meal areas while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Monitoring equipment inventory control, product rotation, proper labeling, and safe food handling practices.
• Adaptability to cross train in other areas within the Nutrition Service Department Being a part of the Nutrition Department means that you get to be a part of the team that cares for patients in a non-medical capacity.
