About Spark
Spark is a locally owned and operated, BCBA led company that provides ABA and speech therapy at two locations in the Austin metro-area (central and north Austin).
At Spark we prioritize growth, collaboration, and continuing education to create a fun environment for our clients and team. We use a naturalistic play-based approach to therapy with high quality services that are customized to fit the needs of any child in our care. As a speech therapist you will provide one-on-one speech therapy and have the opportunity to co-treat with our team of BCBAs and behavior therapists.
What you bring to the table:
Experience : 1-2 years working as an SLP with pediatric clients. Supervision experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification : Licensed in the State of Texas to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Education : Master's Degree
Practiced in assessments and diagnosing speech delays/disorder
Experience in writing and implementing treatment plans
Effectively tracks progress with data and can provide evidence based interventions to children in one-on-one and group setting
Outgoing and a positive attitude
Able to receive ongoing feedback and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and overall enjoy communicating
Feeding therapy experience preferred but not required
