Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care has immediate openings for hospice care CNAs in the Hamburg, Pennsylvania area. This is a 13-week contract that requires prior OASIS experience.

Hospice CNA Contract Details:
- $760 - $870 per week*
- SHC Hospice Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- Mileage reimbursement available on all contracts
- Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage

Requirements:
- OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience
- Current Pennsylvania CNA License
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
