Location:
Hamburg Area School, District Office Contractors and Vendors are contracted through a service provider by the Hamburg Area School District. KRE Security Guards typically have some interaction with staff, students, and members of the community and are charged with providing safety and security at HASD events. All KRE Security Staff must submit their background checks and personal information using our applicant tracking system.

All KRE Employees will be assigned to our District Office location, knowing guards may work at all building locations.

Upon submission of your online intake form AND valid clearances (Act 151 Child Abuse / Act 34 PA Criminal History / FBI Unofficial Results) the following will occur:
  1. You will receive an automated email from "mailbot" asking you to complete our Act 24 Arrest/Conviction Certification form. Please look for this form (check SPAM) and execute electronically.
  2. Your documents will be verified by the applicable building secretary/HR. You will receive an email approval or a request for more information.
  3. Once approved, you will be added to Frontline Central, our central repository for contracted staff.
  4. You will receive an email invitation to create an account through Frontline Central, the final step in our process. You must act on this request by creating your account. Invalid accounts will be terminated after 30 days.
  5. Frontline Central will notify you electronically 90 days before your clearances expire. You must provide the district with you updated clearances within that 90-day period to remain active.
All contractors and vendors entering a building must first be approved by the appropriate District personnel and must have an account set up in our database, Frontline Central.
