What You'll do: Involved in all phases of the life cycle implementation, including requirements, design, mapping, prototype, configuration, unit test script development, testing and defect resolution, mock cutover, Go-Live, and post Go-Live support. Collaborate with business analysts to develop, deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality. Convey required work efforts to management. Perform technical analysis, design technical solution and develop technical documents, conduct peer reviews, test developed programs and implement SAP program enhancements and fixes. Participate in providing gap analysis, from a technical perspective, highlighting current state, future state, client needs and best practices. Develop and document technical design in coordination with solution architects and business analysts. Conduct unit testing (new support packages, releases, functionality, and customizing) in close cooperation with the project teams and support the functional team for all other testing. Analyze software development, system reliability, maintainability, and availability. Work in multi-discipline teams to support designing complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP and related application system. Support enhancement requests and resolve reported incidents within defined service level agreements. Provide support of continuous DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline releases and participates in all the Agile ceremonies. Develop all deliverables throughout the project to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirements traceability. Prepare progress reports for the internal leadership and for client and monitor project progress. Mitigate risks, address issues, interface with client, and keep the leadership informed on project status. Develop basis of estimates and program schedule for multiple solution alternatives. Author white papers, root cause analysis, other solution related documentation as needed. Provide support to the management and perform duties as assigned. Adhere to standard development techniques and procedures. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship). Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance. Preference given to candidates with experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs/SAP solutions (i.e., AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRANSCOM, etc.). 15+ years of relevant experience in ERP SAP implementation. 10+ years experience in ABAP development of custom reports (ALV, Classic), custom transactions, custom interface via ABAP Proxies, IDoc/ALE, and extensions using BADI's, enhancements, user-exits, etc. Strong hands-on experience in debugging, technical integration, developing RICEFW objects, SmartForms, Adobe Lifecycle Designer, and workflow. Experience in agile development implementation, preferably SAFe and/or DevSecOps. Flexibility to travel as required. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
