This individual will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of 3-4 crew members to efficiently perform their duties, increase production, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Qualifications:- Proven experience in a leadership role within the landscaping industry- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team- Proficient in organizing and prioritizing task- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Valid driver's licenseResponsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work activities of the crew- Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to crew members- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies- Train new crew members and provide ongoing training to improve skills and performance- Monitor and report progress and issues to management- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution- Conduct regular inspections to identify any hazards or safety concerns- Foster a positive and productive work environment- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the work processBenefits: This position offers experience-based pay, Full-time benefits include a 401(k) with company match, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, seven paid holidays including discretionary year-end holiday shut-down, and after a year tuition reimbursement.Working Conditions: Work requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on occasion, and frequently transport plant material around the job site up to 50 lbs. Physical requirements also include lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing (i.e., lawnmower) on a repetitive basis. This position works outdoors in various weather conditions. The noise level at the job site may be loud when operating certain equipment, such as a lawnmower or backpack blower.
