BSDC is looking for a temporary Journeyman Plumber to perform Service & Maintenance on all BSDC properties before winter. <br> <br> <strong>This requisition is continuously posted due to the frequent nature of openings and it is also intended to create a pool of qualified applicants who will be interviewed for openings as they occur. Other duties may be assigned.<br> <ul> <li>Heating System diagnosis & repair including yearly maintenance requirements of all BSDC properties</li> <li>Plumbing system maintenance including drains & water supply of all BSDC properties</li> <li>Installation of heating systems, water or drain systems as necessary </li></ul> <b>Qualifications</b> <br> <br> <strong>QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION</strong> <br> <br>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
