Human Resources Manager

South San Francisco, CA. Your main responsibilities as a

Human Resources Manager: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Promote a positive workplace culture and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary. What we are looking for in a

Human Resources Manager: Bachelor s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition functions required. Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
