Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments for clients and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Present insurance products and services in a clear and compelling manner, addressing client concerns and objections.
  • Customize insurance solutions to meet the unique needs and budgets of individual clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renew policies, and cross-sell additional products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product changes to effectively advise clients and maintain compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Licenses. We will help you with this!!
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
