Summary/Objective 

 

Responsible for scheduling required biennial inspections, managing data entry of inspections results, and following up on inspection results. This position reports to the Director of Energy and Inspections and works collaboratively with the Inspector.

 

Essential Functions

  • Primary contact for TenMAST/Yardi for any inspection module changes/enhancements.
  • Run and review monthly HQS inspection schedule to determine inspections to be scheduled.
  • Responsible for the coordination, tracking and follow up of inspections sent to outside contractor(s) for HAC owned units, or other reasons.
  • Responsible for all HQS data entry into TenMAST/Yardi including scheduling and results
  • Maintain and review the internal inspection log.
  • Responsible for mailing out all letters concerning inspections and filing all completed inspections

       in clients files.

Work Environment

Hours of Work

  • This role is paid on an hourly basis.
  • The hours of work for this position are 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00- 2:00.
