Lift Solutions Holdings provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join the team. The Inside Sales Representative will identify, develop, and grow sales opportunities from new and existing customers through phone and email communication.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Frequently and proactively contact assigned accounts on a monthly basis, at a minimum, to achieve planned objectives and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive sales growth by expanding product offerings within all accounts, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers’ purchasing departments to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a dedicated liaison for customer satisfaction, swiftly escalating and resolving needs and concerns to ensure ongoing customer loyalty.
  • Efficiently handle and prioritize internet leads, managing or assigning them to maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, developing strategic contact plans for acquiring new business and driving growth within existing accounts.
  • Provide timely and strategic follow-up on quotes, employing the sales process to close deals and win new business.
  • Respond promptly to RFQs and Proposal Requests, delivering accurate and competitive proposals to secure business opportunities.
Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related business to business customer service experience, preferably in belting or related industry.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, and sage 100 ERP, preferred.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and/or sales background.
