HR Specialist<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and people centric HR professional who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our team in Spencer, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll focus on recruitment, positive employee relations and process ownership within the local HR team.<p><b>Job Description:</b><br /><ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver on recruiting plan.<br /></li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team.<br /></li><li>Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.<br /></li><li>Address employee concerns and conduct investigations when necessary.<br /></li><li>Own and manage local HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.<br /></li><li>Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.<br /></li><li>Partner with leadership, HR, and Labor to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement.<br /></li></ul><p><b>Experience and Education:</b><br /><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 1 years of experience in HR generalist role is preferred.
