Job Description Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement. Responsibilities: The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the developed solution meets the business requirements, is free of defects, and the quality of the product/application is achieved. The QA Analyst works independently to identify and defines the required tests as well as captures detailed testing progress, defects, and results during each testing cycle and evaluates the overall usability of the IT solution. Skills Required/Desired 7 Years Required - Experience performing quality assurance and software testing with a thorough understanding of testing concepts and methods in manual and automation. 7 Years Required - Testing experience in the implementation of Agile and Waterfall development projects. 7 Years Highly desired - Experience mentoring developers and other quality assurance analyst on automated testing processes and methods. 5 Years Required - Experience writing and documenting test cases in DevOps or other Agile tools. 8 Years Highly desired - Experience writing test scripts with automation tools. 3 Years Highly desired - Experience coordinating the Agile automated testing with the QA and development teams 5 Years Required - Experience testing Java-based applications and Oracle database 5 Years Required - Experience developing Agile testing strategies and test plans for multiple related projects. 5 Years Required - Experience with reviewing, understanding, and translating Agile User Stories to prepare test cases. 7 Years Required - Experience working independently and in a team environment. 3 Years Nice to have - Experience in coding with Java to write test scripts with Selenium. 800 Corporate Drive, Suite 301-500 Stafford, VA, 22554 Phone - 1 (703) Fax - 1 (703) #J-18808-Ljbffr
