From company-issued computers to peripherals like keyboards, mice, monitors, docking stations, and printers, you'll be the mastermind making everything work seamlessly. You'll be installing and managing desktop software like a pro, setting up and maintaining hardware resources, moving equipment, and keeping everything running smoothly. You'll also assist with network engineering, maintenance, and ensure our desktop security is top-notch. Plus, you'll manage various server and local applications, making sure everything is in tip-top shape.   • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software incidents.
  • Respond to incident and service requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
  • Install software/hardware.
  • Clean, modify and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboard/Mouse and printers.
  • Manage servers - Including user access and management.
  • Set up new user hardware and physical spaces.
  • Track and route incidents and document resolutions.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Work closely with others to complete a task.
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
  • Learn to become a liaison between IT professionals and end user.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software and hardware equipment (i.e. Microsoft Windows operating systems, Android/iOS, desktop PC, laptop, and Cisco network/VoIP equipment).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be self-driven and able to accomplish entry-level troubleshooting tasks.
  • Microsoft or other industry certifications are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized with good time management skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Knowledge of remote systems and servers.
  • Office 365 knowledge.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10.
  • Comfortable working within manufacturing environment at times.
