- Interview, screen, and evaluate HVAC technicians
- Schedule, direct, and provide technical support for HVAC technicians
- Ensure quality, safety, and training needs are met for technicians
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy
- Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and objectives for departmental profitability
- Maintain communication with vendors and factory personnel concerning warranty issues and operational problems with products
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC and Refrigeration service management experience
- Technical training or a bachelor's degree preferred
- EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
