Classic Protective Coatings (CPC) is the industry leader in water tank rehabilitation with over 20 years of experience and over 5,000 projects completed. CPC is now seeking a new Head Of Operations / General Manager . The General Manager will have overall responsibility of operations including the timely delivery of projects, employee oversight, management of contracts, overall safety management and financial performance. The General Manager will coordinate and oversee CPC`s daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for teams
- Responsible for company's P&L and alignment with owners
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and CPC safety requirements
- Other activities as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction operations or other related fields.
- Project management skills
- Financial management skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Leadership qualities
- OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
Salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience.
