As a Team Lead II your job will be to lead a team of 8-12 sales rep. This willinclude in fieldtraining, managing, and motivating the team in order to ensure their individual and team goals are met. You will be showing them correct practices, procedures, and influencing them in a positive way that allows your team to be a part of the fun and exciting work culture here at Results Contracting. Some of your responsibilities will require training onD2D salesas well asshowing new representatives how to do inspections, meeting insurance adjusters on site to go over the scope of work and determine if the insurance company is in agreeance with the damages, as well as meeting with home owners to select colors and go over project/build details. Responsibilities:

You are responsible for training the reps on D2D sales, this involves working with them for their first two days and then running appointments they have set for the remainder of their two week training period. Scout areas for your team to work and inspect roofs. This involves driving to areas and determining if you think it would be a good neighborhood for them to work. Responsible for managing 8-12 Services Writers. Make sure that your reps are hitting their individual bi-weekly quotas, in return making sure you hit your minimum team sales bi-weekly quota. Attend weekly sales meetings at your given location. Run weekly pipeline meetings with your team to ensure they are keeping their files clean and up to date. Run 3-5 adjustments with your new reps to teach them how they are ran. Complete (On Site) one specifications sheet for each trade (Roofing, Metal Roofing, Siding, Windows, Gutters) with each Service Writer. Communicate with your Project Manager often. Overlook the Build Packets turned in by your Service Writers to make sure they did them correctly. Reliable Transportation. Prior leadership experience preferred. 5 Years industry experience preferred. Ability to read an insurance estimate. Required to climb ladders and inspect roofs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
