Job Description:

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most discerning Advisors / Leaders in the US. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client.

Location(s): over 50 office locations in the US to choose from.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Conduct in-depth financial analyses to understand clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance. Develop and implement personalized financial plans encompassing investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and more. Proactively monitor clients' portfolios and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients, ensuring their financial plans remain aligned with their evolving needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, analysts, and support staff, to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees and certifications such as CFP, CFA, or MBA are preferred). Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related role, with a proven track record of success. Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required; additional licenses and registrations may be necessary depending on the scope of client engagements.
