Account Director/ Project Manager (Agency)

Position Overview:

The Account Director / Project Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects. The role involves strategizing solutions, managing project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and sustain client relationships, serving as the primary liaison between the agency and clients. Collaborate with clients to define marketing and creative goals, develop aligned strategies, and present proposals and creative concepts. Build and oversee project schedules, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. Ensure team alignment on project objectives and timelines through effective communication. Create comprehensive creative briefs and initiate the creative team accordingly. Foster collaboration among internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Address project challenges, providing strategic solutions for clients' business needs. Develop presentation decks to convey complex ideas and strategies effectively. Lead, motivate, and mentor agency teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients. Implement and deliver a comprehensive monthly agency retainer aligned with the Client-Agency SOW. Requirements: In-office presence Monday-Friday. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a creative agency and account management position. Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Adaptability and innovative problem-solving capabilities. Experience in developing presentation decks that convey complex ideas concisely. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Effective collaboration and respect towards team members and clients. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Notion project management software.
