Collect and analyze data for formulation of management plans and development of specific lake and reservoir goals and objectives. Plan and implement aquatic habitat improvement projects on district waterbodies. Assist with fish stocking and in collection of brood stock fish for production purposes. Provide technical assistance of fisheries habitat enhancement techniques and fish management to lake associations, private clubs and private pond owners. Prepare technical reports and maintain records. Perform related work as required.<br> <br> <b>Requirements / Qualifications: </b> <br> <br> <b>Minimum Qualifications: </b>Bachelor's degree in fish or wildlife management or closely related field or equivalent experience in the field of biological science AND three years experience in fish or wildlife management or a closely related field; OR Master's degree in fish or wildlife management or closely related field or equivalent experience in the field of biological science AND one year experience in fish and wildlife management or a closely related field.<br> <br> <b>Other</b>: Drivers license is required.<br> <br> <b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: </b>Extensive knowledge of fisheries management principles; life history and habitat needs of fish species; research, statistics, and record keeping systems; and Game Law statutes and regulations as they relate to fisheries management.
